This is a space where community, connection, and wellness come together. Designed for all levels, this class is not just about fitness - it’s about reclaiming your body, improving posture, and fostering mobility. This class is perfect for those recovering from injury or managing pre-existing conditions.

Classes will take place every Saturday morning from 9:30am - 10:30am. For tickets, head over to Eventbrite and search for ‘Q***r Pilates’ or follow the link on our story.

Join Ed Moss for a breath-based yoga class for the LGBTQI+ community and allies to come together to practice one of the elements or limbs of yoga - asana (the movement bit). The class is focused on beginners and those who want to re root to their foundational practice.

There is no need to wear special yoga clothing (unless you want to). This class is not about the Instagramable look in many crazy positions - nor do you need to be flexible or fit already. Come as you are and work with your body and go from there. 🧘🏻‍♂️🌈

Classes run from 3:30pm - 4:30pm every Sunday at Social Refuge.

Tickets are available on Eventbrite now (only 15 places available each week so be sure to book quick!)

What an amazing turn out at our party on Sunday and such generosity by all those who supported our fundraising raffle. Heartfelt thanks to all who gifted items/vouchers and to everyone who played the tombola. A shout out to Q***r Lit who provided an excellent range of LGBT+ themed children’s books meaning that up to 35% of the price of every book sold will be donated to - £180 was raised by that alone in just two hours!
Altogether a massive £660 was raised which will go towards providing much needed FREE meet ups for , carers and their families.

'Q***r: A Graphic History Could Totally Change the Way You Think About S*x and Gender' Vice Activist-academic Meg-John Barker and cartoonist Jules Scheele illuminate the histories of q***r thought and LGBTQ+ action in this groundbreaking non-fiction graphic novel. From identity politics and gender roles to privilege and exclusion, Q***r explores how we came to view s*x, gender and s*xuality in the ways that we do; how these ideas get tangled up with our culture and our understanding of biology, psychology and s*xology; and how these views have been disputed and challenged.
