I'm now back from holiday, and greeted by a new delivery from Japan 👌

In this small shipment, we have:

🚨 𝙇𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙐𝙆 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 🚨

The new Tokyo Marui Evolt Recoil Shock MK 4 has launched in Japan.

Unlike the Evolt M4A1 series, this model has the new Recoil System installed, providing stronger recoil than the previous NGRS system, whilst adding new features that essentially combine the advantages of a Systema type system and the NGRS, whilst bringing them both up to date with the most modern AEG technology in a completely new design.

Whilst this isn't my usual kinda thing, after the last TM-themed post, why not, especially considering its on the site for the lowest price in the UK.

Not only that, but all Evolt series items through Raresoft will come with a free Laylax Deans battery adapter, allowing you freedom from the new proprietary system and the ability to use your current 7.4v LiPos.

New features include -

M-SYSTEM Type II -
New electronic control system featuring multiple sensors that continuously monitor gearbox position, motor load, selector position and firing cycle. Includes malfunction detection and automatic protection functions.

Split gearbox design -
The cylinder assembly is integrated into the upper receiver while the gearbox remains in the lower receiver, allowing realistic takedown and easier maintenance.

Strongest Marui recoil system to date -
Uses a 300g reciprocating weight housed in the buffer tube with redesigned guides to deliver significantly stronger recoil than previous Marui electric rifles.

New EG1000BR motor -
Newly developed bearing-equipped motor designed specifically for the EVOLT platform, providing faster trigger response and improved efficiency.

Redesigned gears -
MIM-manufactured gears, reinforced gear shafts and upgraded bearings improve durability, smoothness and noise reduction.

Stabiliser nozzle system -
Maintains more consistent nozzle alignment and feeding pressure regardless of magazine fill level, improving shot-to-shot consistency.

One-by-One Loading System -
A chamber shutter only allows a single BB to enter the hop unit each cycle, reducing feeding issues and preventing BB spillage when removing magazines.

Inner Elevation magazine system -
The "Inner Elevation System," which applies upward tension to the inner part of the magazine, presses the magazine catch against the feed port on the main unit, preventing feeding failures.

Dedicated EVOLT magazine design -
New proprietary 81-round magazine designed around the EVOLT feeding system rather than adapting existing M4 magazines.

Dedicated MS Li-Po battery system -
New proprietary stick battery designed specifically for the EVOLT platform and integrated into the rifle design from the outset.

Interchangeable EVOLT upper and lower system -
Marui has designed the platform so future EVOLT uppers and lowers can be mixed and matched across the range of future EVOLT products.

A bit different from the norm, but they seem to be thin on the ground at the moment so after all, why not?

In another one of this month's shipments, as well as the KTW 1873s I mentioned earlier, will be some Tokyo Marui products, in particular the P320, including standard and extended spare magazines.

There will also be all variants of the MP5 NGRS, as well as plenty of spare 72rd magazines.

These should all be landing mid to late June, all being well.

What would you love to see back in stock on UK shelves?

Not stuff that's discontinued, but stuff that still exists but never seems to be in UK stores anymore?

I know there's so much niche stuff that people understandably don't want sat on a shelf for years....but I kinda like a lot of it.

I've already managed to bring back new Realsword products, but I'm talking specific models.

For example, many of you have asked for a KTW 1873...so I've listened and managed to get several brand new ones on the way! Check the website for details 🙂

Any particular models of Tanaka Revolvers? How about some KSC pistols? (Yeah...I'd love a USP match too...

Alternatively, what stuff would you love from Japan but at lower costs? The TM P320, or maybe the 3 MP5 NGRS models 👀

A beautiful, beautiful Gen 1 SVD with glossy furniture has just arrived, courtesy of Realsword .

This is probably one of my favourite AEG platforms bar none, it is built, as they say "like a brick sh*thouse".

Before everyone gets excited, this model is out of production otherwise you best believe they'd be on the site. If the Type 56s do well, we could see another full scale production run in the future of this, as well as something entirely new (well, PLA focused).

What would you prefer to see? Another DMR platform like the mysterious QBU-88 prototype? Or a new venture for Realsword, something like a Type 88? QJB-201?
