The Anniversary Attic was started following the success of my handmade wedding anniversary cards in my other Etsy shop - www.polesapartlydia.etsy.com. I began making these following a few fails trying to find my husband a suitable gift for our iron and steel anniversaries! Working from home enabled me to dedicate more time to this and sales really took off in 2020. The intention behind The Anniver

sary Attic is to offer a curated collection of quirky and traditional vintage gifts, alongside my handmade cards and other items, to make it easy for customers to find something suitable for any given year without spending hours searching the web or traipsing around shops.

A little bit of kanban, not as much 5S as there could be and I'm not sure it's lean, but this is my own little production line 😊

I particularly love my work station - my uncle's trunk when he came to the UK from the US in the 60s.

If you want mass-produced, printed by robots you're in the wrong place. If you want a card which is unique every time, handstitched and assembled with care then you should stay!
