Yesterday was a strange old day and unfortunately not in a positive way 🥺
Unfortunately we experienced an adult male swearing in our shop at our lovely staff member because he thought £29.99 was expensive for a collectors wand.
Sadly there were children in the shop at this time too!
On behalf of this “adult” and from us (again) we would like to apologise.
The member of the team that had to handle the situation, did so brilliantly and asked the gentleman to leave and pointed out there were children (including his own) hearing him.
We shouldn’t have to experience people like this and we would never expect our lovely customers too either. I hope if you were one of our customers, that you will understand that this is a rare incident and we hope it didn’t spoil your visit.
Later in the day we also had an item stolen from the shop 😔
We are a small business that works beyond hard to keep our shop open and bring in the most magical products for our customers. We aren’t a big chain and we DO notice when things go missing. We also have cctv in our shop so we do have footage of the person taking it.
It makes us sad when things like this happen because we come to work excited for every day and each new customer we see.
All we ask, if you think our prices are too much, do some research and show us where you find it cheaper (you’ll be hard pushed)
Please please please , don’t steal from us. If you are struggling to pay for a gift, come and speak to us and we can do our very best to help.
We are here to spread happiness and magic but unfortunately our magic bubble was burst yesterday 🥺
Today is a new day ! And we are excited to open our door again and see you all this morning 🧙💫
