Every Great Taste Award begins with a story. ⭐
Our Sierra Nevada 70% Dark Chocolate starts high in the mountains of Colombia, where the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta creates one of the world’s most remarkable cacao origins.
Grown by the Familias Productoras Indígenas Seynekun community in Pueblo Bello, this exceptional Trinitario cacao is cultivated through generations of Indigenous knowledge and respect for the land.
Each bean is carefully hand-harvested, fermented for 7 days and naturally sun-dried for 14 days, developing the unique character of this extraordinary origin.
We are proud to source these certified organic cacao beans through Nahù Cacao, connecting us with farmers who dedicate their lives to producing exceptional cacao.
At N2 Sweet Lab in Maidstone, we transform these beans into a true bean-to-bar chocolate using only three ingredients:
🍫 Cacao beans
🍫 Cocoa butter
🍫 Cane sugar
No emulsifiers. No unnecessary additives. Just the flavour of the cacao.
Expect beautiful notes of cherries, citrus and wine, with layers of rose, guava, passion fruit and woody resin, finishing with hints of red berries, plum, raisins and soft fudge.
A ⭐ Great Taste Award is not only a celebration of our chocolate — it is a celebration of every hand behind it, from the farmers in Colombia to our small workshop in Kent.
From the Sierra Nevada mountains to Maidstone — this is the journey of real craft chocolate.
