I’m both nervous and excited writing this because to be honest, it’s a vulnerable share, as it’s something that has been in the making for a long time…

First, some context. If you’re here you likely know that I’m obsessed with helping beauty business owners create profitable & exciting businesses, and for a long time I’ve been getting DMs asking if there’s a place where you can learn more about how to learn to achieve a scalable and profitable beauty business, as well as connect on a deeper level with me and the rest of the community here.

I am creating a space where we:

✨ Work on positioning ourselves as experts, implement strategies and learn to double profits whilst cutting out stress and enjoying more free time. ✨ Sounds good right?

So the reason I’m super excited is because I know how much growth and goodness would come from creating something like this.

Thinking of a community where members are all supporting one another in achieving more profit, freedom and flexibility lights me up! There will be course modules, live coaching calls and guest experts.

I need to work and create it with people like you, where I can build off of your feedback and even create courses or develop resources that support your needs as a beauty business owner.

I’m sharing this with you as I’d love to extend an early invitation to you to be part of this and help me refine the membership.

Can you relate to this?

Shiny Object Syndrome (SOS) refers to the tendency to be easily distracted by new ideas. This may be why I always have a new project or business idea in the pipeline 🙈

Managing SOS is something I have really struggled with, but I am working hard to overcome. These are 4 tips that have really helped me:

✨ Define your goals - Knowing what you want to achieve can help you to stay focused on the tasks that will contribute to those goals.

⏰ Prioritise tasks - Focus on the most important tasks first and resist the temptation to jump to something new before completing what's already on your plate.

💭 Evaluate potential projects - Before you decide to take on a new project, evaluate if it aligns with your current goals. If it doesn’t, set it aside for later.

🥂 Celebrate yourself - Make sure you celebrate your accomplishments (big or small). This can keep you motivated and focused.

Remember that SOS is an ongoing process. My DMs are always open 🫶🏼
