Seeing some of the local comments about a young local woman detained while attempting to deliver humanitarian aid has really struck a chord with me.

She has shown real courage trying to help people who are hungry, frightened, and in urgent need of assistance. Whatever anyone’s views are, her intention was simply to help those less fortunate.

It’s sad to see how quickly empathy is completely lacking or disappears in some discussions. I hope we can all remember the human beings at the centre of this , both those suffering and those risking so much to help them.

We’ve just returned from a lovely trip to Ireland to see family, and a little break after Christmas always works wonders for those January blues. Feeling refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

Since getting back, we’ve been busy updating the website ,adding even more pieces to our sale and making our spring homeware and giftware live to shop. Fresh colours, new textures, and a hint of Easter magic are starting to appear 🐣🐰

We’ve had a fabulous Christmas and are feeling like we’ve eaten a month’s worth of food in a week or so! 🐷 🤭Normal order will resume from tomorrow.

Looking forward to dechristmassing the nest and also fancying a little detox after so much rich food and drink this festive season.
