Going in a slightly different direction here at Fab Minis By Jay by creating a range of furniture completely different from what you'd normally find on the market. No boring Brown Furniture, just plenty of colours and an abundance of faux fur & velvet!

The gingerbread house has been made by converting an old disused 16th scale vintage cottage that was really in a bad way. See photos.

It has now been transformed into this beautiful classic looking Gingerbread themed house, a truly delightful addition to any home, especially at Christmas.

It has been decorated inside & out using a mix of different coloured glittery foam, every room sparkles!
The outside walls have been adorned with a mixture of different traditional Christmas themed items associated with a classic looking - non edible - Gingerbread house.

The front is removable on both parts, ready for you to either furnish to your own taste or is also ideal for putting a battery operated flickering candle in - Not Supplied - for a wonderful warm Christmasy feeling.

This is like no other Gingerbread House around, a true one off.
