I felt very lucky to be able to visit this place on a girls trip this weekend ❤️ The terrazzo tiling technique & how beautifully vibrant the colours were & all the curves. The tables, the crockery & of course all in this settling. A triumph in my books & absolutely inspiring.

I’ve never made a skirt for myself, or my daughter. But I made one for my sink 😊

We have a classic rental-property challenge in this bathroom in our basement. There was an open shelf below the sink, showing lots of pipework & also a questionable finish on the walls 🤪 So I decided to make a little vanity skirt to solve problem one & distract from problem 2.

I’m not going to lie…I’m really very proud of this one and excited to get shopping for other items to finish off the room. Think hanging plants & ochre bathroom accessories 🙌🏻

Building a room scheme out from one favourite piece. Yes, this is a thing & something I do a lot myself. This Morris & Co. Ruggable UK rug is one of my favourite purchases & a perfect example of that. It’s got lots of colours to work with & a strong grounding for the space.

The kitchen in our rental home is a very honey-toned timber with black floor & tops & white cabinets. It’s screaming for some colour but I can’t quite decide which to go for. Here’s my first thought…to bring in some pale pink & more bold greens & play off the gold notes in the timber.
