‼️Last chance to book tickets to 🎙️LIVE conversation with Sophie about his brilliant novel, On the Bus Without a Phone, this coming Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

A hilariously bleak meditation on modern humiliation, bad dates and what happens when you’re left alone with your own thoughts instead of your phone.

“Weirdly relatable, endlessly bleak and laugh out loud funny,” says James Acaster.

We agree James!

All ticket holders get a special Ganjei goody bag including a copy of his famous Film Ideas pamphlet and one of his pin badges courtesy of .

Don’t miss this one.

Tickets are moving fast for our book launch and talk with Will Self and ( ) on April 23rd — so please don’t delay.

Thirty-five years after his debut short story collection, The Quantity Theory of Insanity, Self returns with The Quantity Theory of Morality — a savage dispatch from a London morally hollowed out by its neoliberal elite.

It’s everything you’d hope for from Will Self: barbed, vitriolic, fiercely intelligent — with a distinctly Ballardian streak of violence.

Will shall be signing copies and adding personalised inscriptions to all pre-orders. Sadly because of his health he won’t be signing copies of the book on the night.

You can also drop by Special Rider to pick up a free booklet of psychogeographic maps tracing Will’s wanderings through Shepherd’s Bush — and the terrain of his novels.

I think Marcus Aurelius said it best when he said, “The happiness of your life depends on you going to see Tom Hodgkinson launch his new book, How to Live Like a Stoic, at Special Rider, .”

So take his advice and join us on the 6th of March. Tom will be chatting, reading, and doing a set of It Could Always Be Worse R&R classics with his band, The Loafers.

We all need a bit of help through this modern chaos, how to live life fully without it overwhelming us. Tom’s new book will give us the tools to do just that, while, as always with Tom, making it a laugh.

Please come along. You shall be entertained!
