I could draw before I could walk believe it or not, I spent most of my childhood drawing. Cartoons were always my favourite thing to illustrate so the journey to comics was a natural one. Being also a natural people person, loving a good story and always up for a laugh, it was the most
obvious step for me to take. I started out selling my comics at market stalls for next to nothing, it wasn't about the money it was just about recreating peoples memories and doing what I loved. But as time progressed I realised that actually I could make a living out of this and eventually escape the rat race. As the years passed I started to take it more seriously and had quite a number of failed attempts at creating a business. But each one of these failures taught me how to improve and how to succeed, until eventually some years later I created Make Me A Comic. MMAC not only creates brilliant one of a kind comic art, but it is also a platform for highly skilled artists to work within their field. Gibing them a voice and a decent salary so they can do what they love. I have personally handpicked every single one of them, we now span 8 countries. We are passionate about what we do. In December 2020 I am launching my comic book kit for kids. The first comic book kit of it's kind, created by professional comic book artists. The kit enables your child to work along side us and create and publish their very own comic book.
