The cacao is raw, organic and ethically traded from small scale producers in Peru, coming from the criollo variety, known as "The Queen Of Cacao". We use recycle packaging whenever we can (e.g. packing up orders for customers locally or online), while the chocolate bar wrapper is made out of recycled paper.
