PART 1:
If you have purchased an advent calendar please be aware that we have encountered some major issues with Royal Mail and are doing our best to quickly resolve them.
The advent calendars were scheduled to be picked up by Royal Mail on Saturday the 26th (due to the strikes on the 24th & 25th). We could not post earlier than that due to the freshness and shelf life of some of our flavours. Royal Mail failed to show up within their 3 hour window and we called right away and were given a second 3 hour window for them to pick up that same day. Once again no one arrived. We called Royal Mail again and were told there was nothing they could do and to reschedule a collection. In order to not risk another day we decided to drive the parcels into the post office on Sunday. We were told to leave the bags there and that they would scan them when they had time. We refused and stood there as they scanned every single parcel to ensure none were missed and that we were doing the most we could to get the calendars out.
Since then we have been tracking the parcels and have noticed that the majority of them have not left the post office according to the tracking. We found that concerning and called Royal Mail on Tuesday to see what was happening. They told us to wait longer and they should move.
