New arrival in store - marbled hatchetfish.
These fascinating oddball fish spend almost all of their time around the water surface, adding plenty of movements to the upper sections of the aquarium. A tight-fitting lid is a necessity when keeping these fish - they are notorious jumpers and will find a way to escape even through tiny gaps.

Ember tetras often look slightly dull before they’ve properly settled into a tank. However, they have the potential to develop an incredible crimson/orange colour when conditions are optimal.
