A coffee can read one way through Origami and entirely another through milk.

Mozart does this. Spice and orange one way. Floral the other.

So we built the drink around it - freeze-distilled and semi-skimmed. Five recipes to get the weight right. Full-fat was too much. Semi-skimmed held it.
