Refresh your day with our delicious Cashew Milk Smoothie! Made with ethically sourced cashews from southern Tanzania, this smoothie is not only nutritious but also eco-friendly. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup Cajuu cashew nuts
β’ 2 cups water
β’ 1 ripe banana
β’ 1 cup spinach
β’ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
β’ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
β’ Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then blend with 2 cups of fresh water until smooth.
3. Add the banana, spinach, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until creamy.
4. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
