Payment can be made via paypal, internet banking or cheque. Full payment is required prior to the item being dispatched. Post and package
All post and packages is on an itemised basis, unless otherwise stated. Returns
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. However, if the item was made to order or personalised, returns cannot be accepted, unless the item is faulty. If an item arrives, damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. If an item become damaged/ or comes undone, I am happy to discuss replacing it, and the cost will be dependent on how it became damaged.
