Urban Makers was founded in Bow, East London, by two designer friends Ilka Dickens and Julia Redgrove. Since 2015 we have been hosting makers markets, pop-up shops and small business workshops in London. We believe in nurturing creative people with unique businesses, dreams and ideas. In our online shop we have curated a range of gifts which are not only beautiful but ethical and made with care fo

r the environment. Every time you buy from us you can be rest assured that you are supporting an independent small business which in turn helps our economy where it needs it most.

Our weekly guest market is back again tomorrow for another day, packed full of colourful handmade products by unique independent Makers. You’ll find us there from 11-5pm by the green Urban Makers flags as usual. Try out some of the delicious food on offer at too.

We’ll be back again this Bank Holiday Sunday at with these lovely independent Makers for you to explore. Our Guest Market runs from 10-5pm and will be on the Lamb St side of Spitalfields. Why not make a day of it and have lunch at one of the delicious street food vendors in the Market before you shop.
