It’s been a beautiful sunny day here in London. I thought I’d share the entire first series of both collections. The Royal Collection and The Silver Screen Collection. There will be more later in the year. All dolls are approximately 3.6 cm and I’ve loved making them.

I’ve been so busy, thinking outside the box … or maybe … inside the box 🤔. In fact, I’ve been designing two different series of boxed dolls. One is ‘The Royal Collection’ and the other is ‘The Silver Screen Collection’. All in 1:48 scale and available Kensington Dollshouse Festival next month

I have featured in this magazine a couple of times now. If you’re interested in smaller scale dolls houses, models, railways etc this is an absolute MUST! It deserves to go viral 🥰

This new magazine needs you!!
If you have read my ‘Going Forward’ article in the latest issue of Petite Properties’ Magazine, you will already know that not everything in our big publishing experiment has gone to plan. At the beginning of the year, Mo and I re-booted our working approach to this new publication and made many tweaks and changes to the way we both edit, format and generally manage the magazine (alongside our day jobs). Now (thankfully) we are moving forward at a pace; working smarter (not harder) and we’re already feeling the positive results.

But despite our progress, one element of the new magazine that did not go to plan was our dedicated page; Petite Properties Magazine. Despite our initial enthusiasm, we have subsequently left it languishing and untended. But that neglect is now over and we will be resurrecting the PP Magazine’s page with new life, vigour and enthusiasm. We will also be using the new Petite Properties Magazine Facebook account to not only communicate information about each issue, but also to engage with the community who both read and contribute to it too. So, if you haven’t already followed this new magazine focused page – please do! ...And if you are already following us – Thank you!

So, as we push excitedly towards the future with this new magazine, what we need, more than ever, is the support of the miniature community as a whole. We need YOUR help, YOUR input and YOUR word of mouth recommendations, to help us spread the word about this unique, quality publication.
So please, please, do share this page with your mini loving friends, your groups, your clubs and help us build this independent and unique magazine a strong and creative future – Hoorah and happy mini-ing!

The future is bright.
The future IS the smaller scales!

At Miniatura, I was thrilled to be presented with the latest edition of Petite Properties Smaller Scales magazine. It contained my article with my thoughts on why 1:24 scale seems to have fallen out of favour somewhat

Polly Pigtails had a wonderful time at Miniatura and so did we! After all that excitement she decided a little nap was in order.

Tiny dolls get tired too you know ☺️

Polly Pigtails was in my hand and about to be packed away for Miniatura. However, she suddenly realised she’d left her ticket behind. Don’t be a Polly Pigtails, get your tickets ready and see you at the NAEC Stoneleigh!
