I started my insect house company, Hive Revival, quite serendipitously. It all began when I stumbled across a hedgehog in our garden, searching for a safe shelter. Inspired by her plight, I decided to construct a hedgehog house, providing her with a cozy abode. The process of building the house filled me with immense joy and satisfaction. It was then that I realized my true passion lay in creating homes for creatures.
Driven by this newfound enthusiasm, I embarked on a journey to make houses for various animals. Starting with insect houses, I aimed to provide a sanctuary for these tiny creatures and promote biodiversity in gardens. But my vision extends beyond just insect houses. In the future, I aspire to expand my repertoire to include bird and owl houses, as well as feeding stations and, of course, more hedgehog houses.
