We had an insightful session yesterday with our Emerging Leaders on 'Coaching for Performance and Development' with Jagjeet Doheley from Ribbons Consulting, Simon Hawtrey-Woore and Sam Mancey.

The live coaching session gave our delegates an opportunity to reflect on their own ways of coaching their teams and find new ways to support and inspire them.

It's today, a day dedicated to helping people live with less waste and prevent plastic pollution. 🧊

Refill is on a mission to make living with less plastic easier. Having avoided more than 100 million pieces of plastic to date, Refill has proven its ability to create change and stop plastic pollution at the source. We can all make an impact every day.

"To create change, we don’t need one person to do it perfectly, we need millions of people to make small changes at the same time. Together, we can connect our actions to our oceans and make plastic pollution history."

We enforce this with our residential trips for the , with refill stations located around the key areas of Ashridge House, and we encourage participants to bring refill bottles instead of single use plastic.

Last week was such a successful start to the BRC Leaders Summer School that we couldn't not feature one half of our presenting duo; Emma Cushing. ✨

Over the past few years, we have worked with The Centre for Inclusive Leadership on various projects - the primary one being the Summer School.

Last week, we had the pleasure not only of welcoming back Paul Anderson-Walsh FRSA as keynote speaker, but also of welcoming back their Chief of Staff, Emma as our Transforming Leaders programme lead after being such a great supporter of our programme for many years. 👬

As our programme draws to a close, our delegates must now turn their attention to the work ahead. We had such a wonderful introduction to the four lenses of PEOPLE, PLANET, PROFIT, and PURPOSE yesterday.

Our Emerging and Transforming Leaders will now participate in an eight-week virtual programme, learning from industry experts along the way.

Thanks to everyone who joined us this week. Your help helped shape this extraordinary programme, and we are extremely grateful for it. Looking forward to seeing you at the second residential event.🌳
