Next in our guest chef series, we are heartfeltly gassed to have artist Lana Matsuyama & her culinary concept “KUCHISABI” present her bespoke 9-course gastronomical menu inspired by the flavours of Japan & the seafoods of Oeno Maris.

A contemporary painter & sculptor, Lana seamlessly blends her culinary heritage & minimalist design philosophy into dishes that unfold as a journey of layered textures, flavours, aromas & forms.

For the evening we convert our shop into an intimate dining experience, where Lana will assemble her plates before your eyes. Check out her menu & grab tickets on our site (link in bio). One not to be missed.

Our first big social gathering of the year! Playing off the success of our chef sessions last summer, we are thrilled to kick off 2026 with Dmitry Douban, currently manning the pans at Sessions Arts Club - a celebrated East side dining space known for its fusion of art, design & precise ingredient-led dishes.

We have managed to find Dmitry in a playful mood, as he has innovated a fun, flavourful trip around the world via three ceviches, all celebrating the pristine seafood of Oeno Maris and his laser sharp sense of flavour. Dmitry will be casually dishing them up for you out front on our terrace on The Bend, Newington Green.

On the evening you can expect a highly social, casual format … yamming back some delicious ceviche, chatting over which one you prefer most, and chasing it up with the curated wine list and some cervejas. Oeno Maris is putting together a special list of wines BTG from the Iberian peninsula - a perfect pairing with the profile of the dishes. Good times for sure.
