We serve every type of musician in Hanks, from metal to folk, the only artist that unites everyone: Dolly Parton. She’s a fixture on our shop playlists and a favourite with the staff. JUST LANDED… THE HOLY GRAIL OF MARSHALL 100s.

This is a 1967 Marshall Flag Logo JTM100 — an incredible piece of British amplifier history from the golden era of Marshall.

Closely associated with Jimi Hendrix, these early 100-watt Marshalls were part of the sound that defined an era, including the legendary Monterey Pop Festival in June 1967 and the BBC recording sessions featuring Voodoo Child and Catfish Blues.

But there’s another fascinating possibility…

👀 COULD THIS BE NEIL SCHON’S ORIGINAL?

The amp carries a “Journey” stencil, adding another intriguing chapter to its history and raising the question of whether this could be an original amplifier associated with Neil Schon and Journey.

One thing is certain…
