Debuut in als Brabantse ontwikkelaar en belegger! 🎈🎈🎈🛒 Een om samen te vieren!🎈🎈🎈🛒🛒 Monarch Capital koopt samen met CK Capital Le Carré in Zwolle. Le Carré is a high-quality multi-tenant complex located at the central station of Zwolle. It was designed by Döll Architects in collaboration with Royal Haskoning. The central station of Zwolle is a major hub for the northern part of the Netherlands. Project ‘Spoorzone’ was recently launched and initiated by the municipality of Zwolle, the Province of Overijssel, the Dutch State and the Dutch Railways which includes major infrastructure upgrades such as: the relocation of the bus station, a bus-bridge over the railway tracks to improve public transport (operational 2019) & a pedestrian bridge to connect Hanzeland with the city centre. This infrastructure restructuring project comprises a total investment of EUR 100 million funded locally. Earnings Preview: What to expect from Starbucks on Thursday Starbucks ($SBUX) is scheduled to release earnings after Thursday's close. Earlier this year, the upscale coffee giant's stock hit a high of $64.87/share and is currently trading at $58/share. The stock is prone to big moves after reporting earnings and can easily gap up if they report strong numbers. Conversely, if they miss, the stock can easily gap down like it did last quarter. Starbucks is expected to report earnings of $0.55/share on $5.74 billion in revenue. Meanwhile, the so-called Whisper number is $0.56.
