Well, it’s been a few weeks! The dust has settled, we’ve had a bit of rest and are slowly coming to terms with life without Venner. Again, we want to say a huge gigantic heartfelt thank you to everyone for your support, not just in this last month of closing but for the 5+ years that preceded it. We’ve been totally bowled over by the love that’s come our way ❤️ Over the next little while we’ll be sharing some of our favourite Venner products and letting you know where you can buy them. It’s a crazy time for small businesses, so please keep supporting the independents wherever you can ❤️

Furniture for sale!
Solid reclaimed pine credenza unit with black metal hairpin legs. 85cm wide, 60cm tall, 33cm deep. Great as a tv unit, bookshelf, coffee table etc. in good condition, some marks on the bottom shelf which could be sanded out. Originally £250, we’d like £150 ono.
Solid wood waney edge completely one of a kind bench made from reclaimed timber (London Plane I think) with black metal hairpin legs. 155cm wide 38cm tall, 39cm deep. In very good condition, a few light marks on the surface. £375 new, we’d like £250 ono. Local collection only! Get in touch if you’re interested 😘

Announcement ✨ Venner is Closing ✨

Dear friends, after 5+ years of shopkeeping on lovely Francis Road we have made the difficult decision to close Venner. Our landlord is selling the building which has made us take a long hard look at our business and what we would like to do, we've realised that we're both ready for a new challenge.

We'll be closing our shop on Francis Road and our online shop on Sunday 19th February, our residency in the lovely Ramble Cafe in Forest Gate will be closing at the end of January. We still have quite a lot of stock but we're not placing any more orders, if there's something you've had your eye on please pop in as soon as you can. If you have a gift voucher please come and spend it!

A huge, heartfelt thank you for all our wonderful customers, suppliers and Francis Road community. We’ve loved finding and filling our shelves with the best sustainable gifts, learning lots along the way and meeting the most wonderful people. Thank you. Lots of love, Tiff & Lucie xx

That’s Christmas done for us festive Guinea pigs for this year! Thanks as always for you’re tremendous support, for choosing local and shopping small! We love you, have a wonderful Christmas!
