**FREE CALL OUT FOR PENSIONERS**

This winter, to try and do our bit after Labour have shafted our pensioners.
We at Safegas London Ltd will be doing free call outs for pensioners who have a boiler breakdown and don't have any boiler breakdown cover within the RM1 to RM5 area. If we can get the boiler up and running without any parts, there will be no charge what so ever.

Customer called stating one of their tenants could smell gas in part of the house where their boiler was located and also that boiler was making a louder noise. Could we go along and investigate as 9 times out of 10 it's nothing to worry about.
Today's visit was one of the worst I have seen and had my apprentice check I wasnt seeing things.
The boilers flue, which removes all the harmful gasses to the outside was detached and no where near the actual boiler. The tenant explained that they had a new roof tiled last week. The same roof the flue was terminated through.
Be careful what contractors you use! This could have been a very different story as this boiler was filling up the house with gasses that will kill you.
