We are excited to announce that we have been nominated as a finalist in this years upcoming Retas Awards in the following category - “Best Independent Retailer Of Greeting Cards - London” 🙌
It’s a huge achievement in itself to make the list and we are proud to share the spotlight with our fellow compatriots in the Greeting Card industry 🫶
Over the last few days, we’ve been reflecting on the nomination and it took us back to the why we do what we do and why we love it….
We love to support artists and their craft. There is so much hard work that goes on even before the card has been printed and distributed. The idea, the countless drafts and the hours put into it all. It is a privilege to be able to support them.
On a deeper level, life has gotten pretty fast in the digital age with never ending notifications and fast communication but a handwritten Greeting Card is a timeless and personal gesture that reminds us that someone has taken time out of their day to sit down and write something heartfelt.
Whether it’s wishing you Happy Birthday, congratulating you on a life milestone or something supportive during one of life’s hardships. The impact of a Greeting Card cannot be underestimated nor forgotten. We are proud to champion this vessel of human connection.
