You’ll need:

500ml double cream
250ml whole milk
100g caster sugar
100g caramel sauce
100g Biscoff spread
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Whisk everything together until smooth, then chill the mixture before pouring it into your Haden Ice Cream Maker. Churn until thick and creamy, then enjoy straight away for a soft serve or freeze for 1–2 hours for the perfect scoop.

Finish with crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits, two whole biscuits, and a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgent touch. 🤎
