This year, I'm participating in a charity walk to honour my incredible Mum, who suffers from Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. This cause is deeply personal to me, as I've seen firsthand the impact these conditions have not only on those diagnosed, but also on their loved ones. By participating in this walk, I hope to raise awareness and funds that will go towards research, support, and care for those affected by Alzheimer's and Dementia. Every step I take is a tribute to Mum's enduring spirit and a commitment to helping others who are on this difficult journey.
