We wish to talk more about worst case scenarios more than others would.

If customs or immigration imposes an import tax on your item, we will add the import tax amount to the commission payable (in cash) during handover of goods.

Show-photos of your item will be provided and you will be asked to confirm that the item meets your satisfaction. We reserve the right to demand full payment of commission, price of the item(s) and import tax (if any) once you approve our Show-photos.

We inspect your product thoroughly for defects before purchasing it. We will handle your item with more care than DHL would ever bother to. Only obvious damages to the item differing from the approved Show-photos will be considered for refund.

You will receive the original receipt and warranty cards (if any). Packaging may have to be reasonably stripped down if overly bulky, but we will communicate with you first and reach a compromise.
*Before submitting your request, you should advise us on the size of the packaging for your requested item to prevent complications.*

To be really good at what we do, we physically shop for luxury items from London and Paris only. If you wish to send your item from other UK cities to our London address, we will gladly forward the parcel to you.

Wherever possible, we will try our best to procure at the best lowest price using our network contacts, memberships, cashback, taxback etc.

Upon acceptance of your order, we require a 80% deposit only on top of our delivery commission. You will pay the remaining 20% in cash during handover of your products.

Typically, bespoke shopping services require a full deposit for fear of shoppers backing out. But trust goes two-way, and we start by sharing a portion of the risks involved.

We only accept requests of combined value GBP 200 or above. Anything lower cannot justify the costs involved in procuring & delivering it into your hands.

We specialise in higher-end to luxury goods, specialist products in healthcare, beauty care and pet care. We will deliver to you the Chanels, LV, and Gucci trends at more affordable prices. Give us a challenge! For feasibility concerns, we do not transport all foods (including drystuff), aerosols, flammables, and other “dangerous” items. For bulky items, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Once we receive your request, we will notify you asap.
Wait-time will also be advised.

As a specialised service, we seek your understanding that we may decline some requests. We have our list of criteria to ensure we can deliver on our promises.

My name is Dexter. I travel a lot between my home, Singapore, Bangkok and London. Studying abroad, travelling so often is sometimes a necessity and a luxury. In my second year of medical school, I was really passionate about creating a mobile application which could connect shoppers with international travellers. I empathise with overseas online shopping imposing surcharges, unavailable international shipping and annoying import taxes. Many current solutions are prohibitively expensive, impersonal and restrictive. I spent a year on the project and we were one of 20 start-ups under the first run of the King’s College London Entrepreneurship Accelerator programme. With the app costing up to SGD 50,000 to build on top of marketing and operation costs, we had second doubts about the profitability of our model without overcharging our customers.
