We get asked a lot about what kinds of synths we have at home and now there's nothing but home, here's a little bit of Jerome's gear.
The Roland JX-3P is from 1983 and was Roland's first ever synth to feature MIDI! It's essential a two oscillator Juno-106 that uses the Jupiter 6 filter. It was designed to be a kind of preset home polysynth but also came with an optional programmer than you can see on top, the PG-200 which allows direct access to ask the parameters.
The bottom one is my new Nord Lead A1. Ultra-modern 26-voice, 4-part fully digital synth. Capable of a serious array of sounds and it has a really unique and streamlined programming interface that definitely makes you think in a different way and leads to some amazing happy accidents!
