From grey to green. 🌿

We’ve just completed our first installation with Fitness First UK in Highbury — and it’s the start of something exciting.

The pool area had the bones of something great but was lacking warmth and life. Grey walls, grey floors — functional, but not exactly the kind of space that makes you want to linger.

So we brought in stunning palms and birds of paradise, carefully placed around the poolside to create a genuinely tropical feel. What was once a plain space now feels like somewhere you actually want to be.

And this is just the beginning. Fitness First have gym refurbishments planned across the country — and GREEN ENVEE LTD are proud to be part of that journey.

Biophilic design isn’t just for offices and hotel lobbies. Gyms, leisure centres, wellness spaces — these are environments where how a space feels directly impacts how people perform and how long they stay. A little greenery goes a long way.

Not all artificial plants are created equal. Here’s why our sourcing matters.

When clients come to us, they’re not just buying a plant. They’re investing in a space — a showroom, a hotel lobby, a luxury apartment. The last thing they need is something that fades, falls apart, or looks cheap six months later.

Pritchard & Pritchard Ltd. chose us to supply the artificial green wall for this project at The Newman Hotel, Fitzrovia, London W1.

The brief was to cover an unsightly trellis area in the hotel’s outdoor space with a low-maintenance, visually appealing green wall solution. Artificial green wall panels were chosen for their durability, realistic appearance, and zero maintenance requirements — ideal for a busy hospitality environment.

The Newman Hotel is located in Fitzrovia, one of Central London’s most design-conscious neighbourhoods, and the installation needed to complement the hotel’s aesthetic while solving a practical problem.

We have just completed an artificial plant installation at a head office in Peterborough — designed to bring a fresh new feel to the space.

Working in collaboration with Hunts Office Furniture, we installed plants into desk cabinets — a smart, design-led way to introduce greenery without compromising on space.

A key part of the scheme was the considered use of colour, carefully selected to complement and enhance the tones within the carpet, seating and surrounding furniture — creating a cohesive, well-balanced interior.

The brief: The view from the basement TV room overlooked a dull brick wall. The client wanted to improve the outlook and create a more visually appealing courtyard space.

The solution: GREEN ENVEE LTD supplied and installed artificial Paris and Monaco green wall panels to transform the space into a lush, layered planting feature.

The panels were fixed directly to the wall, turning a plain surface into a vibrant green backdrop.

The result: A courtyard that now feels alive and welcoming — and a far more enjoyable view from the basement living space.

No irrigation.
No plant replacement cycles.
No ongoing maintenance.
