Big shoutout to Stephen over at for being the first to feature in Slurp Zine, our Instagram only (10 page maximum) zine that delves into the lives of some the most interesting people in coffee. This took way longer to create than I thought it would but was a lot of fun in the process.

In issue 1 we talk to Stephen Huston who has just opened the epic Lucid Coffee Roasters based in Belfast. Stephen's journey through coffee has been super interesting with competition driving his progress, it certainly made me think about how I can improve my own coffee game.
