A couple of weeks ago I decided to build one of our Prints in Pieces Puzzles] puzzles.
For full transparency here I don’t think I’ve done a jigsaw since I was a child, so it’s not something I was massively familiar with.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and I’m now on my third puzzle and there’s no stopping me!
‘But Faye, aren’t jigsaws just for boring people!?’ I hear you cry. We’ll call me boring! Here’s why I can’t get enough -
- It’s not even about the building of the puzzle! Doing jigsaws transports your mind to a different place. A place where your day to day stresses seem to fade away, as your one and only focus is finding that next piece!
- That sweet sweet dopamine hit when that tiny little piece you’ve been hunting for the last 34minutes is found and slots into place just so.
- The amazing pictures you make either the awesome designers from our Prints in Pieces Puzzles] range, illustrated by female artists from around the world!
Anyway, I’ve found a new hobby I absolutely love, why not try one yourself 🧩
