Finally back at work after more than 18 months looking after my twins. A new project is coming on and it could be very exciting. Hello, it has been a while since I have been working properly on . Reason is mainly the birth of my two sons in December last year. Yes twins. No doubt they are making me busier than usual. We have also moved to Frome, Somerset which I am very pleased about. I am excited to meet new artisans to showcase on the website and perhaps start doing markets also. He has revolutionised the world of restaurant and put structure back and front of house. This book gives the bases of cooking with all the techniques which can be used for today’s cuisine.
