Meditation Mondays in Brufut, Gambia✨
Our Founder fresh back from her incredibly inspiring Bali Yoga Retreat, spent only a week back in the U.K. before preparing to set off for another International Adventure.✈️
Coco has been back in Gambia for 6 weeks now, Teaching on the beautiful PANA Yoga Retreat, planning her International Wedding and has now found the time and space to start delivering Yoga Classes. As well as delivering Private Sessions, she has teamed up with Joy in Wayewa as part of their *Meditation Mondays* series.
2 weeks ago she had the pleasure of attending Kemetic Yoga with Bobo, her first Gambian Yoga Teacher and what an Enlightening and Spiritual experience it was to be immersed in such a practice in The Motherland. She feels deeply connected to her Ancestors here in Gambia and each day whilst revisiting old and finding new, she knows she is always protected and guided👵🏾👴🏾.
Emerging into her 5th Year of travelling and building a life in Gambia, with the ebb and flow flouries a combination of ease and welcome turbulence within daily Afrikan lyf. She has known for some time, that this is her place!!!! Extended growth, more patience, Soulful Connections and enlightening experiences have been deep rooted Anchors, upon her 4/5 year Journey.
Here Coco is with her Students this week, a group of Folks from the U.S. living in Afrika. Some old Students and new faces too, unfolded into a beautiful Hatha Yoga led experience. Pranayama, Meditation and Affirmations, encompassed a Root Chakra, grounding and balancing practice.
