Back in February, and the evening before SCI began, we welcomed a gathering of Professional Hunters to The Rigby Legends Evening at Teddy’s Tavern in Nashville. It was an opportunity to spend time in good company, share stories and mark the launch of the Legends Collection among those who live it.

Each guest left with a piece from the collection, the Rigby Dagga Boy Scrum Cap Rugby Shirt. A nod to the old bulls of Africa, and to those who have followed them.

Crafted from 100% cotton with a traditional weight and feel, the shirt features a hidden
button placket and a large, embroidered Rigby crest. Beneath the collar at the back, a woven story label shares the legacy behind the name.

The final chapter of the Rigby 250th collection.

It has now been nearly a year since we gathered in Portsmouth to mark 250 years of John Rigby & Co., and with that anniversary year drawing further into the past, the commemorative collection created for the occasion is nearing its end too.

From now until Tuesday 19th May, the remaining pieces from the 250th anniversary collection have been brought together in one place on the Shikar store for the final time before the page is retired at the end of June.

Several lines have already sold out completely, while others are down to their final examples, including whisky glasses, enamel mugs, canvas bags and our 250th anniversary baseball caps, which are currently available at £10 plus VAT and shipping while stocks remain.

The collection was never intended to be permanent and once these final pieces are gone, they won't be returning.

There are garments that become part of the story long before the hunt begins.

The Paul Roberts Khaki Fever Shirt is inspired by legendary hunter, adventurer and former Rigby owner Paul Roberts - a man known for moving quickly through the bush and living every moment with purpose and character.

Named after the well-known campfire phenomenon of “khaki fever”, the shirt combines heritage inspiration with practical design.
