You can go over a solvent based primer with waters based….wait what!?
Yes did you know that although this product is solvent based you can overcoat with a water based product (preferably a tikkurila product) so as well as being a kick-ass adhesion primer and having a quicker drying time to standard solvent based, you can overcoat in no time with water based topcoats!

Coo-var has such a large range of products but also they ALL are great quality! Have you tried their stain block yet!? It may be the thing to give BIN a run for its money!

I know there are quite a few quality paints on the market but this stuff does deserve more attention.
The only stuff we have tested and it almost covers in one coat! The only down side I see with the heritage eggshell any way is that it doesn’t come in anything larger than 2.5L.

Sandtex are renowned for their exterior paints, but did you know they had a trim range?
We often get our contractors requesting solvent based products for externals, “if you’re outside, go oil or go home bruv” seems to be the usual quote. Sandtex brings it all, we have an oil based primer and undercoat rather than using two separate products and then you even have the choice of an eggshell finish!
