Still life studies from last night.

Painted these from real life without any reference photos. I was trying to experiment with contrasting colors and their effect on the composition. Quite enjoyed painting these. Also this is the new sketchbook that sent me. It’s A4 in size and a lot larger than my other ones so might play around with doing some more complex pieces in this. Anyway, I do have Timelapse process videos for these paintings - I will upload them shortly. Do check them out and let me know what do you think!

Plant in sunshine 🌱

Still life Painting from August. Painted this house plant in my dining room table using gouache. I don’t paint from real life as often as I should and with this painting I pushed myself to do exactly that and not use a photo as a reference. What do you think?
