Time flies when you're having fun! Bornella Fabrics is turning FIVE on Friday 31st July so I'm having a birthday event. You can get 20% off across the store (except for kits and gift vouchers) until 31st July. No code needed. The discount is automatically applied at the checkout. So you can treat yourself to that fabric and haberdashery you've had your eye on!

I had a day out in London today. (Yes I live in London, you can still have a day out there!) Lawratu and I were looking for supplies and inspiration. We definitely found some exciting bits... BUT sustainability fail by the fashion industry. Every year the amount of polyester and synthetic material goes up and up and up...

It's why I'll continue to hunt for the sustainable needle in the haystack so you don't have to.

The London Fabric Swap is back! Hosted by Bornella Fabrics and Stash Hub, we're bringing the swap back for the second year. Last year we sold out so we're hoping for another great swap!

Bring along your sewing supplies that you're no longer in love with, and swap them for inspriation.

It’s a big week this week - I’ve got LOADS of new fabrics launching at 7pm on Thursday. (I counted 22 and they’re all 👌👌Designer deadstock plus new colourways of your favourites).

PLUS a big announcement on Friday.

PLUS my delivery of Off To Market viscose is on its way to the UK (with more restocks) and due next week.

The year in review - who doesn't love a good recap! In short, this highs have been high, the lows have been low. I only have myself to blame... the blessing and curse of a one-lady business!
