The Sun is coming the evenings are long and the road bike has been back out and strong.
Always a great way to explore some new areas and let off some steam after work.
Clocked a strong 23 miles Tuesday around the beautiful Kent countryside and big 46mile loop round the isle of grain peninsula.. get on and plan a loop massively recommend. The Zeblaze Vibe 3 watch on my wrist kept up with me no problem!

I started running and keeping fit to help manage my mental health, I am still not fully brave enough to embrace the challenges I have faced from having a mental illness, but it makes me feel prouder and stronger every time I see awareness, kindness and acceptance being spread..
I am a women
I am an entrepreneur
I have a mental health condition
I am proud of who I am.

Love and strengths to all those out there on their journey. Remember you are amazing!

Just start- When setting big goals we sometimes forget to remind ourselves of the little steps it takes to reach them. You don’t have to do everything all at once and it doesn’t have to be the best to be beneficial.
Truth is the little steps we take regularly over time amount to those big goals that once seemed unachievable.
Momentum is a wonderful thing and momentum is created by movement, so no matter how big how small, how fast or how slow you go just start, keep going and before you know it you will be flying.

Beginners bodyweight workout🏋️

Bodyweight squats: 20 reps
Push-ups: 10 reps
Walking lunges: 10 each leg
Dumbbell rows (using a 4 pint milk carton or another weight): 10 each arm.
Plank: 15 seconds x 5
Jumping Jacks: 30 reps
