ELECTRIC BIKE MAINTENANCE IN WINTER: THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD DO IT. ⚙️ 🚲

❄️ The cold has already made its appearance and they are not the most pleasant dates to use the bicycle, electric or not: 👉🏻 rain, wind, few hours of sun.

If we are one of those who are clear that we are going to take a break from the bicycle 🚲 and we are going to be without using it for a while, here are some recommendations: 👇🏻

✅ CLEANING.
✅ LUBRICATION.
✅ BRAKES.
✅ BATTERY.

Riding in the winter is not like riding during other seasons. ❄️

🚲 When you go out on your first winter ride, it’s essential to start off slow and acknowledge your experience level.

Like your body, your bike battery 🔋 consumes more energy to combat the cold.

💡 Therefore, it will discharge faster when temperatures drop. Take care to preserve the battery by keeping it at a good temperature, so that it retains maximum autonomy.

The most important thing to remember is to not leave your battery outside in the cold for long periods of time. 👉🏻 (One night sitting outside won’t kill your battery, so don’t freak out if you forget it. But try not to.) 💪🏻
