We have been informed that a small number of sellers (walk ons) are "storing" their items in the bushes to retrieve each week instead of taking them home. Please be aware that we will be doing a thorough check each week and any items found will be disposed of.

This is a public park and we must respect the area and the people who wish to enjoy it by keeping it clean and tidy.

Ensure all items are taken when leaving, this includes your rubbish and unwanted items along with your stock.

It’s boot sale day tomorrow! 🎉 Come along for a great morning of bargain hunting, selling and shopping.

⏰ Gates open at 7:00am for BOTH buyers and sellers.
🚨 Gates close sharply at 2:00pm — EVERYONE must be off the premises by 2:00pm, including the car park.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION

❌ Please DO NOT arrive before 6:30am.

🤫 Whilst waiting to enter, please be considerate of our neighbours — keep noise to a minimum, turn your engines off and do not shout or play loud music.

🚗 Nothing is to be removed from vehicles or set up before 7:00am. This includes tables, chairs, tarpaulins and any other items.

🗑️ ALL rubbish MUST leave with you. Please do not leave anything behind.

📸 We photograph vehicle registration plates as part of our site monitoring.

🚫 Anyone caught leaving large amounts of rubbish will be reported for fly-tipping and banned from future boot sales.

🚻 Toilets are available on site.
If there are any problems with the toilets, or you have any other issues during the boot sale, please speak to us at the catering wagon and we'll do our best to help.

🍔 Food & ice-cold drinks available all morning at the catering wagon! 🥤

🙏 Please be respectful to our neighbours, our staff and other customers, and help us keep Birchmere Park clean.

The forecast is looking perfect for a boot sale – warm, sunny and comfortable, without being too hot! It's a great day to grab a bargain, clear out your unwanted items, or simply enjoy a morning out.

🕖 Gates open at 7:00am for both buyers and sellers.

☕🍔 Our catering wagon at the entrance will be serving a selection of hot drinks, cold drinks and freshly prepared food, so be sure to stop by for breakfast or refreshments.

🚗 Important information:
Please do not arrive before 6:00am.
Be respectful to our neighbours while queuing to enter and when using the car park.
All rubbish and any unsold or unwanted items must be taken home with you.

We record video footage of the site and make a note of vehicle registration numbers and pitch locations. Anyone found leaving large items behind or fly-tipping will be reported.

Everyone must vacate the site by 2:00pm.

🚻 If you experience any issues during the boot sale, including with the toilets, please report them to the catering wagon and we'll deal with them as quickly as possible.
