I 100% get my love of washing from my mother. She’s way better than me at making things look beautiful, but I’m close behind! I just think when you have things you really love, once they’re re-fresher it’s like having it new again! This has to be up there with one of my most boring posts ever but to be honest, this is me now 😂

A great before and after for you! People get so scared to wear cashmere and the save it for special occasions. As you can see, this customer wears her cashmere pretty hard - for a second there I didn’t think the stains would come out but with a bit of extra care (and to@be honest a lot of ecover stain remover) It all came out!! Before you wash any cashmere:

1. Spot clean - warm water (not hot) a gentle cashmere detergent to start - then if the stains stubborn use a more gentle stain remover like ecover - I like it for the bristles. IF it’s really stubborn and only under serious circumstances get the fairy liquid out. A tiny bit but it does seem to help.

2. Pre-wash the cuffs in a bit of detergent and warm water. In this case I also used a bit of ecover. Just make sure you always throughly wash any stain remover out

3. Quick de-pill. Make sure there’s no holes or pulls when you do this, especially if using electric de-piller!!

4. If you’re not sure if it’s machine washable, or you’ve never used your machine before just hand wash it!

5. Worst case send it to me 😂

Pre-order: The Everyday Cardigan!!

Closes Sunday 22nd March

This piece is made from just over 400g of A-grade cashmere in a beautiful rib stitch. It’s soft, breathable, and designed to be worn all year round. The shape is easy but elevated, with soft balloon sleeves and a flattering length of around 70cm from the shoulder.

It’s the cardigan people throw on in the summer with dresses, take on flights, and wear on repeat without thinking. Comfortable but still feels put together.

Colours we’re currently being request:
• Navy
• Deep maroon
• Bright blue
• Rich caramel
• Oat

My personal favourites are the caramel and the navy. They just work with everything.

The only thing is the factory prefers a minimum of three pieces per colour, so I’m building this based on what you actually want.

It’s very hard to decide on colours, this has been the most colours I have ever had made in one style. I think i have worn them all but my absolute favourite, well two favourites have been the navy and the purple. Both with very different uses. The purple for me is definitely more of a statement and I have worn it out in the evenings a lot, the navy has come everywhere - including the gym. I do think I need to start wearing other clothes though 😂

Why I work with cashmere.

I used to love helping women feel great as a makeup artist and this feels like another version of that.

I believe that wearing something that physically comforts you and can calm your nervous system - this is not scientifically proven obviously 😂 But this is how it is for me and many people I know - also try any child, they absolutely love it. Anyway, a balance of feeling luxurious and calm at the same time in a very subtle way to me is priceless! ing

I haven’t done a photoshoot in so long, I forgot how much I love taking peoples photos. Sometimes I have to twist their arms to get them to agree, sometimes I bribe with cashmere. Ali, a friend of mine is absolutely beautiful and I was really desperate to take her photo. She’s incredibly stylish (you know in that effortless sort of way) and like many people doesn’t realise quite how fabulous she is. I got so many great pics and of course the focus is the cashmere but it’s also not really - capturing the moment and how that person feels is what I enjoy most. ❤️ Ali is wearing our Everyday that’s sold out but will be back and is always available for pre-order!

Neon Pink - who would have thought this colour would have been the MOST popular?! I love the way Cecily describes the colour as “emotional”. This is one of the things that interests me the most about my business, the reasons behind the choices people make. I’d love to know the colours that make you feel emotional? For me, the purple has a lot of feeling to it, which is surprising as I thought I’d hate it 😂
