It’s officially been a whole year since I launched Atlas! It’s brought me so much joy, I’ve learned many new skills and had such wonderful experiences along the way.

Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day, a topic I feel strongly about. Mental health affects each one of us. Life can be unpredictable, with moments of highs and lows, so it’s really important that we have the knowledge and resources to protect our mental health throughout all stages of our lives.

A few things to help look after our minds is to talk about our feelings, nourish our bodies, focus on the present, exercise, and take time for ourselves to do the things we truly enjoy. Whether binging on Netflix, reading for hours, candle-lit dinners with loved ones, or taking a long bath with wine, we deserve to carve out that precious time.
