A huge THANK YOU to every single speaker, host and moderator who made our AFWL x British Council Panel Talks 2026 so special.

You came from Botswana 🇧🇼 Uganda 🇺🇬 Nigeria 🇳🇬 the USA 🇺🇸 and across the UK 🇬🇧 to share your knowledge, experience and ideas with us – and you were absolutely brilliant.

We talked fashion, but we also went far beyond the runway: heritage, identity, education, technology, sustainability, business, infrastructure and the future of Africa’s creative industries.

Thank you to our wonderful audience too. You listened, questioned, challenged, connected and brought incredible energy into the room.
