A new design idea/brand journey/ potential something……
So, it has been a few years since I have been ‘properly’ designed. By ‘properly’ design I mean commercially selling products I have designed. I walked away from Emma Lomax London needing a break and some time with my three children, which I had in the space of three years.
I am starting to THINK about starting a new project again and I would love your feedback and you to join me on the journey of starting something ‘new’.
I have always LOVED trainers and have been playing around with stitching on trainers.
Over the last year I have been learning about the shoe business, how they are made and how the industry works.
I have been working on several prototypes which I will start to post about, let me know your thoughts.
A few starting points of LUCKYSTRIDES:
1. I would love these to be mainly produced in the UK (although don’t even start me on how a volcanized trainer are made)
2. I would love to work alongside a mental health charity (why, I will get into at a later stage)
3. I would love these to be able to be personalised in some way.
4. I want these to be fashionable, affordable, and super comfy.
5. I want these to make you feel happy and joyful on purchase.
