We are making these lamb kofta kebabs today and have them in the shop at £1.80/each. Absolutely delicious!

We now have our own apple cider vinegar in the shop. This is made in the traditional way with local apples and contains small strands in it called "mother" which are the enzymes, proteins and friendly bacteria.
Whether you use this medicinally, as a salad dressing or splashed over your fish and chips you will find it full of flavour with a rich aroma.
