Looking for more than just a job?
Help us to shape the future of Coco Pzazz!

We're looking for 2 exceptional people to join our team in Llanidloes.

1 x Chocolate maker
1 x Production all-rounder

Both are: 15-18 hours / week
Monday - Wednesday - daytime.

Relevant skills and experience are welcomed - but attitude and commitment are just as important. This is an opportunity to join a team helping to shape the next chapter of a well-known Mid-Wales company.

Imagine stepping off a quiet lane in Llanidloes and being hit by the rich, heavy scent of melting cocoa. That’s the daily reality at Parc Derwen Fawr, where a tight-knit team is quietly changing the way we think about our favourite sweet treat.

What started in 2011 as Lori's humble kitchen project to raise money for horse charities has grown into Coco pzazz, a fiercely independent local chocolate maker. Instead of chasing big supermarket contracts, they’ve made a bold choice to supply exclusively to our local farm shops, delis, and village stores—keeping money flowing right here in the rural Welsh economy. Add in their totally plastic-free wrappers designed by independent artists, and you’ve got a business built on pure community spirit. 🍫
