I am reposting this because it is cancer awareness day.

Today is day. And September is month...

t is not easy when an adult suffers from cancer. A child is not fair. The family of the child suffers too but they have to put on a brave face. So, 20% of my profits of this design

I created this design after listening to one of Abraham Hick's audio. I knew happiness is an inside job. Still, practising it is hard when you are in the moment it is weighing you down. These quotes strategically placed can remind or trigger you in the right direction.

"Sometimes I talk to myself, then we laugh and Laugh" I saw this quote on a T-shirt when I was in shops. I wanted to re-create it. So designed this... Actually, I do talk to myself a lot. I am known for having a full-blown conversation with myself. 🤣😜

Journalling is one of the law of attraction or manifestation tools you can use to manifest the life you want or just want to de-stress or as a therapy or to understand over-thinking mind like mine. These journals can be used as a bullet journal or an art journal or just write down your thoughts. The outer cover is designed by me. There are spiral notebooks as well.

Journal Description and Price

* 128 pages
* 90gsm paper stock
* Wrap around hardback cover
* Fully printed design on the front and back
* Available in a selection of ruled, graph or blank pages

The process I use when I journal daily is

1. Set aside 21 - 30 mins
2. Burn an incense or light a scented candle and play soft music in the background.
3. Just do some basic stretches or Sun Salutation 3 rounds. (6 mins - 7 mins)
4. Meditate 7 mins
5. Do deep breathing for 2 mins
6. Then I start writing what I want to achieve that day or daily intention or goals or some manifestation someday I draw what I want to achieve... I don't have a set format.

That is why these journals make sense. You make it your own. or just use as notebooks.
